Rocket Espresso Bicocca black dual boiler

The Rocket Bicocca in Black is the modern alternative for anyone who likes Rocket but does not want to control every shot entirely manually. The dual boiler, actively heated brew group, and touch controls are designed for a fast, repeatable workflow.

With the 3.5-inch HMI, you can conveniently manage recipes and key brewing parameters. Programmable volumetrics make recurring espressos especially convenient: Once a recipe has been dialed in, it is easier to reproduce in everyday use, while you can still adjust the grind size, dose, and coffee.

The separate boilers keep brewing and steaming stable independently of one another. The machine also features a rotary pump and can be operated using either the water tank or a plumbed-in connection. This makes the Bicocca interesting both for ambitious home baristas and for coffee stations that are used very frequently.

Bicocca or R58 TUNE? The Bicocca is the stronger choice if you prioritize a touchscreen, programmable workflows, and repeatable recipes. The R58 TUNE is better suited to those who want to shape the shot themselves. At BaristaYOU, we will help you make the choice that best fits your workflow.
