Shipping area

We ship within Germany, to the EU, and to selected other countries. The available shipping options and costs will be shown during checkout before you complete your order.

Shipping costs

Shipping costs depend on the weight, size, and destination country of your order. You can see the exact costs in your shopping cart and, at the latest, during checkout before completing your order.

Delivery times

Items in stock are generally shipped within 1–3 business days after receipt of payment. Delivery within Germany usually takes an additional 1–3 business days. Deliveries abroad may take longer depending on the destination country.

Shipping provider

We ship via selected parcel services. After dispatch, you will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information by email.

Delivery of large appliances

For larger espresso machines or heavy equipment, shipping may be handled by a freight forwarding company. In this case, we will inform you in advance about the process and delivery time.
