La Marzocco Connected Scale by Acaia – Brew & Grind by Weight

The La Marzocco Connected Scale by Acaia is more than a classic espresso scale: it can communicate with compatible La Marzocco devices and enhances the workflow with Brew by Weight and Grind by Weight.

With a compatible Linea Mini, a target espresso weight can be saved. The machine automatically stops extraction based on the scale data; a predictive drip algorithm takes residual dripping into account. With compatible Pico and Swan configurations, the scale can also be used for weight-based grinding.

Even independently of the connected features, it remains a precise barista scale with 0.1 g resolution, a timer, automatic tare, a water-resistant aluminum housing, a rechargeable battery, and a USB-C charging port.

Important: The functions depend on the specific machine/grinder model and software version. According to La Marzocco, a standard Acaia Lunar cannot be retrofitted into the Connected Scale.
