TUNE: controlled start and end of the shot

TUNE technology expands the classic E61 workflow with timed phases at reduced pressure. At the beginning of the shot, the coffee puck can be gently infused at around 3 bar; the final phase can also be configured accordingly. This gives you an additional way to reproducibly adapt the extraction process to different coffees without having to intervene manually during every shot.

Two boilers for temperature stability and steam reserve

The separate 0.58-liter brew boiler focuses on espresso temperature, while the 1.8-liter steam boiler independently provides steam and hot water. Both boilers are PID-controlled. This allows you to adjust the brewing side to suit the roast level while maintaining sufficient power for cappuccinos, flat whites, or lattes.
