Rocket Now Edition Inox

The Rocket NOW Edition Inox is designed for anyone who wants a classic Rocket with a deliberately straightforward experience. Instead of extensive menus and numerous adjustment options, you get a direct dual-boiler workflow with a stainless steel housing, toggle switches, and the characteristic manual operation.

As a dual-boiler machine, the NOW can prepare espresso while simultaneously providing steam for cappuccino or flat white. This makes it considerably more convenient in everyday use than a single-boiler machine, without sacrificing the character of a traditional portafilter machine.

The vibration pump and internal water tank make it flexible to position. A fixed water connection is not required - ideal for kitchens where the machine should look high-end without becoming technically unnecessarily complex.

The NOW is right for you if you want Rocket design and the convenience of milk drinks, but do not need a mains water connection or the advanced control options of an R58 TUNE or Bicocca. At BaristaYOU, we can help you choose a suitable grinder for this uncomplicated espresso workflow.
