Your bundle at a glance

• 1 × Rocket Appartamento TCA Black / Black
• 1 × Eureka Mignon Specialità 15BL Black
• 1 × Joefrex Tamping Mat L - Tamper Mat with Edge Protection
• 1 × JoeFrex Knock Box Basic Black – Knock Box for Portafilters

The Rocket espresso machine: espresso and milk drinks

The Appartamento TCA delivers the classic Rocket workflow: lock in the portafilter, control the shot manually, and froth milk with the steam wand. As a heat exchanger machine, it provides espresso and steam in one workflow. TCA stands for Temperature Control Adjustment and lets you adjust the temperature behavior to suit your coffee. The water tank and vibration pump keep installation simple; a direct water connection isn’t required for this set.

The right coffee grinder for everyday use

The Specialità is especially convenient if you mostly use the same espresso beans: fill the hopper, save your preferred dose time, and grind directly into the portafilter. Its 55 mm flat burrs and stepless grind adjustment give you the control to gradually dial in shot time and flavor. The touchscreen supports two programmable dose times and a manual mode. Since it doses by time rather than weight, it’s worth weighing your dose occasionally—especially after changing your beans or grind setting.

Accessories to complement your workflow

The Tamping Mat L provides a nonslip surface for tamping and protects the edge of your countertop. Rest the portafilter on it securely and keep your workspace cleaner. The accessories are suited to the steps you repeat with every shot.

The JoeFrex Basic Knock Box holds used espresso pucks right next to your machine. Its removable knock bar makes cleaning easier. The set also provides a dedicated place for your coffee grounds.

How to find your espresso recipe

Start with an amount of coffee suited to your basket size and the recipe recommended by your roaster. Distribute the grounds evenly, tamp level, and check the amount of espresso in the cup. When dialing in, change only one variable at a time if possible—for example, the grind setting, while keeping the dose and target yield the same. This helps you see which change improves the flavor. Fresh beans, suitable water quality, and regular cleaning all contribute to the result, just like the machine and grinder.

Who is this Rocket bundle for?

It’s for you if you’re looking for a compact introduction to the world of Rocket, enjoy making espresso and cappuccinos, and use the same beans regularly. The Specialità handles repeatable dosing, while you stay in control of the grind setting, tamping, and shot.
