The Gaggia Classic Evo Pro E24 & Eureka Mignon Silenzio Bundle combines a classic entry-level portafilter machine with a quiet, continuously adjustable espresso grinder. This gives you two components that are sensibly matched for getting started with manual espresso preparation.
The Gaggia uses brass technology, a professional 58-mm portafilter, and a straightforward single-boiler workflow. You control the grind size, dose, and extraction yourself, which helps you quickly learn how the individual parameters interact.
The Eureka Mignon Silenzio complements the setup with stepless grind adjustment and a quiet grind-on-demand workflow. This is especially practical if you leave your beans in the hopper and work with a similar recipe every day.
