Flow control as an additional adjustment option

With the DRIVE, dialing in does not stop at grind size, dose, and temperature. The standard integrated flow control kit allows you to change the water flow during brewing. This gives you additional flexibility when you want to precisely dial in different roasts or compare various extraction approaches. If you prefer to work traditionally, you can also use the machine as a high-quality dual boiler with an E61 group.

Two boilers for espresso and steam

The 0.75-litre brew boiler takes care of the espresso temperature, while the 2.0-litre steam boiler independently provides steam and hot water. This allows you to prepare espresso and texture milk without having to switch between brewing and steaming temperatures. The PID system helps you set the brewing temperature reproducibly to suit the coffee being used.

Rotary pump and direct water connection
