Gaggia Classic GT Dual Boiler

The Gaggia Classic GT is the major technological leap within the Classic family. Two separate boilers and hydraulic circuits allow espresso and steam to operate independently, while two PID controllers separately regulate the temperatures for coffee and steam.

The coffee boiler is made of lead-free brass and has a capacity of 0.12 l, while the stainless steel steam/hot water boiler holds 0.9 l. Automatic or manually adjustable pre-infusion, an externally accessible overpressure valve, and the analogue brew pressure gauge give you significantly more control than the Classic E24.

The 2.4-inch color display and four capacitive buttons manage the settings; a desired espresso volume can be saved volumetrically. The fully articulated stainless steel steam wand and separate hot water outlet make the GT particularly appealing for milk-based drinks.

The Classic GT is right for you if you want to retain Gaggia's compact character while enjoying a dual boiler, PID, and more control. Compared with the E24, it is significantly more convenient and powerful without abandoning the manual portafilter workflow.
