ECM Technika VI & Mahlkönig E64 WS Premium Bundle

The ECM Technika VI & Mahlkönig E64 WS Bundle combines a controllable dual boiler with a modern grind-by-weight grinder. This combination is aimed at home baristas who want to precisely fine-tune espresso and milk drinks while working as reproducibly as possible when dosing.

The Technika VI heats both boilers simultaneously and, according to ECM, is ready to brew after around 11 minutes. PID for coffee and steam, active and passive pre-infusion, and a rotary pump with reservoir or plumbed-in operation provide a flexible premium workflow.

The Mahlkönig E64 WS doses by weight and combines 64-mm special steel burrs with electronic grind size adjustment. Disc Distance Detection displays the distance between the burrs, making it easier to reliably return to specific settings.

This bundle is right for you if you place great value on reproducible settings and want more digitally supported control of both your grinder and machine. A tamper station and knock box complete the workstation.
