Profiling or paddle - you decide

The YOU is not limited to a single extraction method. You can use saved profiles for recurring recipes; if you want to intervene during extraction, the paddle is available. Technology for demanding setups

The multiboiler concept separates the machine's functions, creating the basis for precise temperature control and powerful steam performance at the same time.
