The Gaggia Classic Evo Pro E24 Yellow & Eureka Mignon Specialità Yellow Bundle combines a deliberately manual single-boiler machine with a quiet, programmable espresso grinder. This gives you a color-coordinated entry-level setup that leaves plenty of room for learning and adjustment when making espresso.
The Gaggia features a lead-free brass group head, brass boiler, 58-mm stainless steel portafilter, and 3-way solenoid valve. A professional stainless steel steam wand is available for milk drinks; as a single-boiler machine, brewing and steaming take place one after the other.
The Eureka Specialità complements the setup with 55-mm flat burrs, stepless grind adjustment, touch controls, and two programmable timer doses.
This bundle is right for you if you genuinely want to learn espresso but prefer a fast hopper workflow for everyday grinding. For frequent bean changes, a single-dose grinder would be more flexible.
