Eureka Single Dose Pro White Espresso Grinder

The Eureka Mignon Single Dose Pro White combines a modern single-dose workflow with a bright, very clean look. Each portion of beans is weighed in advance and only ground immediately before brewing. This prevents beans from sitting unnecessarily in the hopper and lets you switch between different coffees without much effort. In white, cream-colored, or light wood setups, the grinder looks noticeably lighter than classic black models.

Technically, Eureka uses 65-mm flat burrs and stepless micrometric adjustment. The large King-Size Dial makes it easier to set and return to precise grind settings. The 15-degree tilt angle supports a straight path for the grounds out of the chamber. Silent Technology and the ACE system reduce disruptive noise, clumping, and static effects at the outlet.

When it comes to retention, the Single Dose Pro goes significantly further than a conventional Mignon with a hopper. The Blind Upper Burr, Anti-Retention System, and grind chamber optimized for minimal residue work together. After grinding, the Blow-Up System helps move any remaining particles toward the outlet. This is especially valuable when you want to grind different beans one after another with as little mixing as possible.

The workflow requires a little more active involvement than a timer- or GBW grinder. In return, you know exactly which beans and what dose are going into the grinder before every grinding cycle. For households using a single regular bean and preparing many shots per day, a hopper grinder may be more convenient. For varied specialty coffee setups, however, the white Single Dose Pro is a very flexible and visually elegant solution.
