Eureka Single Dose Pro Black Espresso Grinder

The Eureka Mignon Single Dose Pro Black is designed for a consistent single-dose workflow. You weigh your beans before grinding, add only that portion to the grinder, and can use a different roast directly for the next shot. This is especially practical for home baristas who keep several coffees open at the same time or regularly switch between regular espresso and decaf. In black, the grinder has a restrained appearance and pairs easily with almost any portafilter machine.

65 mm flat burrs form the basis for a fast, precisely adjustable grinding process. The grind size is adjusted continuously and micrometrically using a large, convenient adjustment dial. The grinder body, tilted at 15 degrees, promotes as direct an output as possible. Silent Technology and the ACE system also help reduce excessive noise, clumping, and static buildup.

The Pro version was designed specifically for low retention. The Blind Upper Burr, Anti-Retention System, and newly designed grinding chamber are intended to retain as little coffee as possible inside. With the Blow-Up System, you can send additional air through the grinding chamber after grinding to loosen any remaining particles. This reduces mixing between two different beans and is precisely why it is essential for single dosing.

The grinder deliberately does not have a timer or grind-by-weight function because the dose is set before grinding. As a result, it is less convenient for preparing ten identical drinks in a row, but significantly more flexible when changing beans. Compared with hopper grinders, the focus is not on maximum speed but on maximum control over each individual portion.
