Rocket NOW Inox & Mahlkönig E64 WS + Sync Scale – Espresso Bundle

The Rocket NOW Inox & Mahlkönig E64 WS Sync Scale Bundle combines classic heat-exchanger espresso craft with modern grinding technology and connected extraction control. You’re not simply getting four separate products: the Rocket NOW Inox, black E64 WS Grind-by-Weight grinder, Mahlkönig Sync Scale and 500 g of PINO Dai are brought together for a clear, repeatable espresso workflow.

Why this espresso bundle makes particular sense

The Rocket NOW Inox offers the familiar operation of an E61 portafilter machine and a powerful steam circuit for cappuccino. The Mahlkönig E64 WS doses coffee by weight and can adjust the grind electronically. The Sync Scale complements this dosing with weighing and tracking the timing of the espresso yield. Unlike a standard timer scale, it’s part of the Mahlkönig Sync ecosystem: When set up appropriately through the Mahlkönig Sync App, the E64 WS and Sync Scale can use brewing data in a connected dialing-in workflow. The Rocket itself does not need to be Sync-enabled.

What’s included: These four products are included

• 1 × Rocket NOW Inox – heat-exchanger portafilter machine with stainless steel housing
• 1 × Mahlkönig E64 WS Schwarz – Grind-by-Weight espresso grinder with Sync functionality
• 1 × Mahlkönig Sync Scale – Wi-Fi-enabled espresso scale for yield, shot time and compatible Sync workflows
• 1 × PINO Dai 500 g – 100% Arabica espresso blend, whole beans

How to use the Rocket NOW, E64 WS and Sync Scale together

Start with PINO Dai 500 g as your espresso beans and set your desired dose on the Mahlkönig E64 WS. Grind directly into the portafilter and prepare it as usual. Place your cup on the Mahlkönig Sync Scale under the Rocket NOW to track the shot weight and time. If needed, connect the E64 WS and Sync Scale using the Mahlkönig Sync App, following the manufacturer’s instructions. This lets you dial in your espresso manually or use the dedicated Sync features. For cappuccino, steam milk using the Rocket’s steam wand.

Who is this set for?

The bundle is designed for discerning home baristas and small offices looking to pair a high-quality stainless steel portafilter machine with a modern grinder that doses precisely. The set is especially useful if you want to keep a close eye not only on the amount of ground coffee, but also on the yield and extraction time. The combination works equally well for classic manual espresso recipes and for using the supported Sync features.

BaristaYOU tip: How to combine Grind-by-Weight and Brew-by-Weight correctly

The key difference: Grind-by-Weight on the E64 WS weighs the ground dose, while the Sync Scale measures the shot. So these are not two redundant scales. Connected communication requires compatible firmware, the Mahlkönig Sync app, and the Wi-Fi/device setup required by the manufacturer. This does not turn the Rocket NOW itself into a digitally connected espresso machine. We supply the four original products as a fixed bundle; the individual manufacturers' instructions still apply.

Frequently asked questions about the Rocket NOW Sync Scale bundle

Why is the Mahlkönig Sync Scale a better choice here than a regular coffee scale?

The Sync Scale measures output weight and shot time and is also designed to communicate with compatible Mahlkönig Sync grinders. Paired with the E64 WS, it therefore gives you a connected dial-in workflow in addition to a classic scale.

Can I use the Sync Scale with the Rocket NOW?

Yes. The scale works under the espresso cup regardless of the machine brand. When set up accordingly, the sync connection runs between the E64 WS and Sync Scale, not directly with the Rocket NOW.

Which espresso scale is included in this bundle?

The bundle includes the Wi-Fi-enabled Mahlkönig Sync Scale. It measures espresso output by weight and time and complements the sync-enabled E64 WS.

Is espresso coffee included?

Yes. The package includes 500 g of PINO Dai whole-bean coffee.

Can I use the grinder without a sync connection?

Yes. The Mahlkönig E64 WS can also be adjusted manually and dose by weight without a pairing.

Availability and delivery: This bundle is a genuine Shopify set with inventory synchronized across four separate components. The available quantity is determined by the component with the lowest stock. Due to the weight, freight or multi-package shipping conditions may apply.
