The Profitec Tamper Station in Black provides a defined resting surface for the portafilter during tamping. This makes for a straight, controlled workflow while also protecting the countertop and portafilter from direct contact with hard surfaces.

The station is made of black aluminum and shaped to keep the portafilter stable while pressing. It is therefore primarily a workflow accessory: the actual tamping pressure still comes from your tamper and your technique.

The Tamper Station is right for you if you want to keep your tamping area more organized and place the portafilter securely while working. Visually, it complements Profitec setups in black or stainless steel especially well.
