As a starting point for a double espresso, try 18 g of ground coffee and about 36 g of espresso in the cup; adjust the grind size and recipe to suit the beans. With E61 heat exchanger machines, warm-up time and a cooling flush suited to how long the machine has been idle are especially important. For a long service life, we recommend using suitable low-limescale water and cleaning the machine according to how often you use it.

Rocket Espresso at BaristaYOU

At BaristaYOU, you can get not only your Rocket Appartamento 2.0 Inox Black, but also help choosing a suitable grinder, setting up your espresso station, and maintaining your machine over time.
